The Quartell Protocol is operated by CurePoint, Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, processed, stored, disclosed, shared, and otherwise handled when you access or use The Quartell Protocol ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

The Platform is intended solely for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of eighteen.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including: name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, account credentials, questionnaire responses, assessment responses, educational survey responses, lifestyle information, health-related information voluntarily submitted by you, laboratory values voluntarily submitted by you, wellness goals, communications submitted through the Platform, and payment-related information processed by third-party providers.

We may also automatically collect information, including: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, session activity, website usage information, referring websites, clickstream data, cookies and similar technologies, advertising identifiers, analytics information, and Platform interaction data.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information for any lawful business purpose, including: providing Platform access, generating educational content, generating reports and assessments, operating and maintaining the Platform, customer service, security and fraud prevention, product development, research and analysis, improving user experience, marketing and promotional activities, advertising activities, email communications, Platform analytics, artificial intelligence and automated systems, statistical analysis, legal compliance, enforcement of agreements, and any other legitimate business purpose.

4. Educational Platform

The Quartell Protocol is an educational platform. Information submitted through the Platform may be used to generate educational content, assessments, reports, informational outputs, recommendations, observations, summaries, rankings, and other educational materials. The Platform is not intended to provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.

5. HIPAA Notice

The Quartell Protocol is an educational platform. Information submitted through the Platform may not be protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA"). Users should not assume that information submitted through the Platform receives the same protections applicable to information exchanged during the provision of healthcare services.

6. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We may share, disclose, transfer, process, or otherwise make information available to: service providers, contractors, technology vendors, hosting providers, analytics providers, advertising providers, marketing providers, artificial intelligence providers, payment processors, professional advisors, affiliates, strategic partners, business partners, government authorities when required by law, and other third parties as reasonably necessary to operate, market, improve, support, analyze, promote, or provide the Platform and related services.

7. Aggregated and De-Identified Information

We may create aggregated, anonymized, de-identified, statistical, derived, modeled, or predictive information from information collected through the Platform. Such information that does not reasonably identify an individual user may be used, disclosed, licensed, sold, published, distributed, commercialized, shared, transferred, or otherwise utilized for any lawful business purpose.

8. Marketing Communications

We may use information to send newsletters, educational materials, promotional communications, marketing messages, offers, announcements, surveys, and other communications. Users may opt out of certain marketing communications through available unsubscribe mechanisms.

9. Cookies, Tracking, and Analytics

The Platform may utilize cookies, pixels, tags, analytics tools, advertising technologies, tracking technologies, and similar technologies to analyze usage, improve performance, measure engagement, personalize experiences, deliver advertising, conduct remarketing campaigns, build audiences, and support business development activities. The Platform may utilize third-party providers for hosting, analytics, advertising, marketing, communications, artificial intelligence systems, data processing, payment processing, software functionality, and customer support. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties.

However, no electronic transmission, storage system, website, internet-connected service, cloud platform, or third-party provider can guarantee absolute security. Users acknowledge and accept these risks.

Information may be retained for as long as the Company determines reasonably necessary for business, legal, operational, research, security, analytical, marketing, archival, compliance, or other lawful purposes.

13. Business Transfers

Information collected through the Platform may be transferred, assigned, licensed, sold, disclosed, conveyed, or otherwise transferred in connection with mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, financings, investments, corporate reorganizations, bankruptcy proceedings, business transfers, or other corporate transactions.

The Company reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Updated versions may be posted through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
